Does anyone know where I can get free photo effect software with out that trial crap on it? I'm looking for to add effects to my photos like colloges and backgrounds to your pictures. I asking for a good one too.

Hi, I'm a director of an arts and media department and here's my recommendation: Don't listen to thafree photo effects softwaret other guy (Snap), he's telling you to break the law by using pirating software. However, there is a free program called GIMP that's open source and good for what you want to do. An even better option would be to purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements at around 80-100 USD.
