Help i think i have hemorrhoids. I've been having bloody stool and anal itching. I asked a friend of mine and they said i might have hemorrhoids. Wtf how would i get hemorrhoids, is that normal. What causes hemorrhoids and what are some hemorrhoids treatments? Do i have to go to the doctor?
Hemorrhoids are more common than you think. They can be cause by a number of things such as poor dieting and low fiber intake. I believe the most common reason people get hemorrhoids is straining during stool, this causes extreme pressure to the blood vessels in the anal canal and therefor causing swelling which forms hemorrhoids. Usually hecauses of hemorrhoidsmorrhoids are not life threatening so will not likely have to go to the doctor unless the pain is to unbearable. Some people have had to get hemorrhoids surgically removed. If you either sit or stand for long periods of time, you can get them. More susceptible if you are overweight or have a family history.
You don't have to go to tcauses of hemorrhoidshe doctor at first, but may have to if you can't live with them.
Eat a diet high in fiber and drink plenty of water
Use softer or moist toilet paper or use a bidet
lose weight
more exercise
fewer or eliminate spicy foods
wash the area daily
use an OTC cream
If these don;t work, see a doctor and get them removed.
Weight gain is the most common cause.
