Try to go on the manufacturer's website. You will probably find some sort of drivers update for your computer corresponding to mp3 player. Install the update. Thenput music mp3 player, depending on the mp3 type, you will either need to synchronize it with a media player, or just copy and paste your song in a music file as if your mp3 player was a usb stick .
