microsoft repair downloadsI have a problem with downloading Microsoft updates after doing a repair on my Windows XP. Any help to fix?

I know there is a glitch with Microsoft and they do not have a patch to fix this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Windows update website Root Matters!!.Cptcondo!.. Your Problem is a "Special One" However,am not sure of the Root you chose to reach Windows update website and the type of downoad chosen. Dimicrosoft repair downloadsd you use the Default/recommended update root or You simply reahed Micosoft Windows update website and Tried To download things Manually?? Am asking this with good reasons though it might Sound a little unsual to someone,But am User friendly and informed So is Microsoft made Recent Changes towards software upates i.e few rules on Homicrosoft repair downloadsw to and which one is this First thing.If you go directly, the website might misunderstand you. [the update that you need is openly available, free and ready for you] Am seing it on my Other INSPIRON next to me right now .
go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com it should let you download patches as well as set up your update settings.
