nick jr showsIs my son too old to still be watching nick jr shows?

My son is 7 years old and still watches shows that are on nick jr and on play house Disney. Like Diego and Handy Mandy, or Mickey mouse club house. I think he likes watching them since he's grown up watching them and he knows all the answers to them.
No, i'm way older than your son and Nick Jr. is one of my favorite channels.

I would let him watch those shows.
I think that's fine.
It's okay. When I was eight, I still watched Dora. Even now, I am 16 and when there are no good shows on, I still watch Blues Clues or Hi-5. LOL. Let him enjoy it.
I'm forty something and still watch beranstain bears with my ten year old son...we love it...we beleive you are never too old to watch berenstain bears. I think that people need to calm down about stereotypes of what is appropriate at what ages...we all need to just be ourselves and not worry if someone thinks we are silly or childish because we still like snick jr showsomething that is typically considered for younger people.
Your never to old to watch cartoons. Im 19 and i still injoy sitting down with my 3 year old nephew and watching some Aladen or pokemon
no hes only 7..... now if he was 15 it would be kinda weird.
Let the kid be a kid do you prefer him to watch CSI?
I have a 7 year old too and he doesn't mind watching those shows but usually it's with his younger sister. Generally I think they are aimed at 5 and under. I'm sorta conservative so I don't allow the gross humor shows but he enjoys watching Elec Company, Arthur, Phineus and Ferb, Scooby Doo, and Fetch.
I have a confession...I watched those stupid shows until I was TEN simply because I thought blue on blues clues was cute.
My 8 year old still watches them sometimes if the younger kids are. He won't admit it though ;)
He's ONLY 7, let him watch the kiddie shows, he's still very young!!
my 10-year-old nephew has nick jr showsbeen on a nick jr. kick lately. I think he's just missing the 'old' days lol. We all get like that sometimes. In college my then boyfriend bought gargoyles on dvd and we had gargoyle marathons all the time. I had also bought him Darkwing Duck on DVD for his 24th birthday. I'm 25 and have Chip N' Dale: Rescue Rangers and My Little Pony on DVD no I don't have kids lol they're for me! My sister used to watch Pokemon well into her late teens.
As long as he also has interests that are age appropriate I think it's fine. There's nothing wrong for even adults to enjoy being kids once in awhile.
I'm thirteen, and I still watch all those children's shows. "Scooby-Doo" and "Tom and Jerry" rule!
sounds like you need to pound a few 啤酒s back with the boy.
